Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to services provided by Zenith Tech, a Florida corporation, doing business as “Furniture Websites” (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing services from Furniture Websites, the customer (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.

01. Nature of Services

Furniture Websites provides custom digital services including:

  • Website design and development (one-time projects)
  • Shopify store management, including product updates, inventory, and collections
  • Website hosting, maintenance, and software integrations
  • SEO and digital marketing services
  • Consulting and technical services
  • Custom templates or licensed content

All services are delivered digitally and are considered intangible goods and services.

02. One-Time Projects / Website Design

Any deposit or initial payment made to begin a one-time custom project is non-refundable once work has started. For one-time projects only, if a Customer submits a written cancellation request before any work of any kind has been initiated, the Company will not issue a refund. In exceptional circumstances, Provider may at its absolute and unreviewable discretion decline to charge a cancellation fee, and no partial refund shall be construed as a precedent or obligation.

03. Monthly Subscription Services

Recurring services, such as Shopify store management, hosting, maintenance, marketing, or software access, are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Services automatically renew unless canceled.

To cancel recurring services, the Client must submit a written cancellation notice to [email protected] at least 30 days prior to the next billing date. Failure to provide proper notice will result in the next billing cycle being charged, and no refund will be issued for payments already processed. Any concerns regarding service delivery must be reported in writing within 5 business days of the billing date for that period. Failure to report within this timeframe constitutes Client's acknowledgment that services were delivered satisfactorily for that billing period.

04. Digital Deliverables

All digital assets, including website files, templates, integrations, and licensed content, are non-refundable once delivered.

05. Custom Development Projects

Custom projects are billed based on time, resources, and project scope. Refunds are not available for work already performed.

06. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Furniture Websites directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank or payment provider. Unauthorized disputes may be considered a violation of this agreement.

07. Exceptional Circumstances

All payments are final. No refunds will be issued except as required by applicable law or court order.

08. Refund Processing

In the rare event a refund is approved by court order or as required by applicable law, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
